🔧 DYNO TUNING SERVICES

Time-Based Booking | Motorsport Tuning Solutions

At Motorsport Tuning Solutions, all dyno tuning is carried out using a time-based booking system.

This approach ensures:

  • Fair and transparent pricing

  • Accurate scheduling

  • Professional results on modified and older performance vehicles

Dyno tuning is charged based on time allocated, not guaranteed outcomes.

💰 DYNO TUNING PRICING

4-Hour Dyno Tuning Slot – $950

This is our standard dyno tuning booking and offers the best value.

Includes:

  • Vehicle setup and dyno strapping

  • ECU connection and configuration

  • Dyno tuning within the allocated time

  • Single fuel type as booked

  • Operated by Head Tuner

⏱ Time includes setup and tuning. Time begins when the vehicle is placed on the dyno.

Effective rate: $237/hr

Additional Dyno Time (If Required)

  • $300 per hour

  • Billed in 30-minute increments

  • Subject to availability and customer approval

Additional time may be required for complex setups, multiple changes, or unforeseen issues.

💳 Dyno Booking Deposit & Confirmation

To secure a dyno tuning slot, a non-refundable deposit is required.

How it works:

  • All dyno bookings are first submitted via our booking application form

  • Once reviewed, we will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time slot (Slot A or Slot B)

  • To lock the confirmed dyno slot into our calendar, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required

Once the deposit is paid:

  • Your dyno booking is confirmed

  • The time slot is reserved exclusively for your vehicle

  • We decline other work for that period

The remaining balance is payable on completion of the dyno tuning session.

📘 HOW TIME-BASED DYNO TUNING WORKS

Dyno tuning involves reserving:

  • Dedicated tuner time

  • Dyno equipment

  • Workshop capacity

Because modified vehicles vary significantly, time-based pricing is the only fair and sustainable way to offer professional tuning.

This means:

  • Well-prepared cars often complete within a single slot

  • Cars with mechanical, wiring, or fuel issues may require additional time or rebooking

  • Time used for setup, diagnostics, and testing is included in the booked slot

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)

  • Dyno tuning is time-based, not outcome-based

  • Power figures, boost targets, or results are not guaranteed

  • Vehicles must be mechanically sound and correctly prepared

  • Mechanical faults, wiring issues, or delays reduce available tuning time

  • If tuning cannot continue due to vehicle-related issues, remaining booked time is forfeited

  • Flat-rate dyno tuning is no longer offered

📋 DYNO TUNING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a dyno tuning service with Motorsport Tuning Solutions (“MTS”), you agree to the following:

Time-Based Charging

Dyno tuning is charged based on time booked, not results achieved.
Time includes vehicle setup, strapping, ECU connection, configuration, and tuning.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be mechanically sound and safe to operate.
MTS reserves the right to refuse or cease tuning if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Faults & Forfeiture

If dyno tuning cannot continue due to vehicle-related issues:

  • Time already used remains chargeable

  • Remaining booked time is forfeited

  • The vehicle may be removed from the dyno

  • Rebooking is required for further tuning

Mechanical repairs and extended fault-finding are not included in dyno tuning services.

Tuner Discretion

In some circumstances, and at the sole discretion of MTS, a partial dyno time credit may be offered toward a future booking.

  • Credit is not a refund

  • Credit is not guaranteed

  • Credit excludes setup and strapping time

  • Credit must be used within the stated validity period

Additional Dyno Time

Additional dyno time is charged at $300/hr, billed in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • A deposit is required to secure a dyno booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Late arrival may result in reduced or forfeited tuning time

No Guarantees

Power figures, boost levels, or performance outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on vehicle condition, components, and preparation.

Dyno tuning is by application only.

Booking process:

  2. Complete the Dyno Tuning Booking Application Form

  3. We review your vehicle details

  4. You will be contacted to confirm availability and booking

  5. A deposit is taken to secure your dyno slot
