Haltech Nexus R3 Ford Barra Terminated Harness

Suits: Nexus R3 VCU

Terminated Engine Harness for Nexus R3 VCU - suits the following Ford Barra engines:

  • BA Series - Barra 240T (XR6T)
  • BF Series - Barra 190 (NA Falcons + SY Territory), Barra 245T (XR6T)
  • FG Series - Barra 270T (XR6T)

Harness includes

  • Main terminated harness
  • Ford Falcon BA/BF APP adaptor harness
  • Ford Falcon FG APP adaptor harness
  • Ford Barra BA/BF throttle adaptor harness
  • Ford Barra FG throttle adaptor harness
  • Nexus 2 pin BA alternator adaptor
  • Nexus 3 Pin BF/FG alternator adaptor
  • Cabin adaptor harness
  • Opposing connectors and pins for boost control, TMAP, Dual intake runner solenoid, spare inputs and outputs, and transmission breakout

Note: Does not include Ignition harness, Ignition module, ignition module harness and Injector harness, these are all sold separately. If converting ignition system to R35 Coils only HT-120205 Kit is required.:

Nexus Terminated Harness Features supports OEM functionality:

  • Crank sensor
  • Intake and Exhaust Cam sensors
  • Intake and Exhaust VCT solenoid control
  • BA / BF / FG electronic throttle and pedal (DBW)
  • Dual intake runner system (aka Broadband throttle system)
  • BA / BF / FG ignition coils (sub-harness options)
  • BA / BF / FG TMAP sensors (4 pin)
  • Factory AC clutch and AC pressure switch
  • Alternator control (2 and 3 pin)
  • Knock sensors

Aftermarket Functionality supported:

  • EV1, EV6(USCAR), or Sumitomo (Denso) injector connectors
  • R35 COP ignition coils (requires ignition bracket and aftermarket coil stalks)
